What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a learning experience design or customer education role on a collaborative, learner-centered team. After 19+ years designing learning and coaching adults, I believe in strong thinking, not fast finishing. I want to work where needs analysis, SME partnership, and real results guide the design, and where people are trusted to do thoughtful work.

At Greenville County Schools, I designed and deployed an AI coaching chatbot in MagicSchool AI for approximately 200 learners completing a Why Math presentation project. Learners who used the chatbot were five times more likely to meet or exceed the rubric standard.

I also built a Zapier workflow connecting Google Classroom submissions to a centralized Google Sheet, and led the rollout of a program serving approximately 400 learners. My earlier work includes directing operations at Lewis Health and Fitness and designing customized learning programs at Lewis Academic Advantage LLC.
