What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can transition into software/web development, apply my Java, Python, and web skills, and learn by building in a collaborative team. I want a dynamic environment with real-world responsibilities and growth.

I’m an experienced administrative assistant with over 10 years of work with a real estate company in Bujumbura, Burundi. I’m known for clear communication, reliability, and staying organized under pressure.

Alongside my administrative work, I developed a strong interest in technology and pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I’m motivated by the opportunity to apply my computer skills in a real-world setting and grow as an IT developer in the tech industry.

My background strengthened the habits I now bring to development: attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and effective scheduling and multitasking. I also gained hands-on confidence through web development work and coursework in object-oriented programming and modern web fundamentals.

I’m excited to connect, collaborate, and learn in a dynamic environment where I can contribute while continuing my professional growth in software and web development.
