I've led administrative support and team leadership at Networking and Computing Center since 2024, supporting a startup focused on computer networks, CCTV, telephony systems, and AI engineering.
Previously, I provided hotline, helpdesk, and administrative computer support at ASBL Les Témoins de Jéhovah, and worked independently in computer maintenance, operating-system installation, and web development. My earlier telecommunications training included GSM network optimization at Airtel/DRC and radio-link and internet-delivery support at Vodacom/DRC.
