I built and run AGT-Assist, a production SaaS platform where businesses configure WhatsApp customer-service agents for orders, stock, appointments, and follow-up. Its specialized LLM agents work together under a code-driven behavior policy.
At IT Nearshore Tunis (ITNS), I designed and built a full-stack framework for insurance anomaly detection and root-cause analysis. I created a plugin-based architecture, integrated Isolation Forest with SHAP explanations, and built a dataset aligned with HL7 FHIR standards and CIMA codes.
On the Bus Station transport platform, I coordinated the team, led technical decisions, and delivered a Java/Spring Boot backend with a React frontend. I also built an ETL pipeline for the Andjeun digital-library SaaS and customized Odoo ERP.
