What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people- and project-focused role where I can coordinate teams, support participant journeys, improve workflows, and contribute to inclusive creative or educational environments.

Creative and people-focused professional with experience across project coordination, education, team leadership, mentoring and creative industries. I enjoy turning ideas into structured, workable projects — coordinating people, managing communication, organising tasks and finding practical solutions when things change.

I have built and independently managed my own online education projects, worked with around 60 students, recruited and coordinated creative teams, and most recently coordinated 12 ambassadors across a large-scale university exhibition involving 5 courses and multiple tutors and course leaders. I also have experience supporting international students, facilitating workshops and learning, and working remotely with people across the UK, Europe and Ukraine.

A recurring strength in my work is seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to the details that keep a project moving. I naturally look for gaps in processes, clarify responsibilities and improve the way people and information connect. I work best when given a clear goal and the autonomy to figure out how to achieve it.

My background in fashion has also developed strong creative problem-solving, research, communication and project development skills. I am particularly interested in remote roles where I can combine people, organisation and creative thinking — especially in operations, project coordination, education, community, creative businesses or mission-driven organisations.
