What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I bridge AI systems and the people who use them, deciding how AI is implemented and making adoption real across the business.

I've built five businesses and now lead AI at Mas Maya, where I decide where AI creates value and put agents and automation into production across customer support, competitive intelligence, and operations.

I joined Mas Maya's founding team to build its operations, processes, customer service, supplier relationships, and internal organisation from scratch. I work closely with the people using new tools, training non-technical teams, gathering feedback, and adapting systems until they become part of daily work.

My founder background spans healthcare recruitment, staffing, hospitality, and e-commerce, alongside 21 years as an emergency operating-room nurse. I bring business-first AI strategy, practical implementation, and calm decision-making under pressure.
