What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate business needs into production AI systems, owning strategy, architecture, delivery and governance end to end while maintaining a deliver-first, hands-on approach.

At Jackpot Group, I lead the technical AI agenda from architecture and delivery through governance and budgets. I built Lopetto, a multi-agent customer service AI live across five markets that handles 15k+ conversations monthly and reduced customer operations workload by 75%.

I also architected Minerva, a self-service agentic platform used by 500+ employees to create 1k+ production agents and workflows. With a founder background and 13 years running a global music business, I translate business needs into practical AI systems and ship the first version hands-on.
