What I'm looking for
I’m an administration and client operations professional with experience supporting onboarding, documentation, records management, stakeholder coordination, and confidential data administration across technology, insurance, and corporate environments. I bring organization, professionalism, and attention to detail to every handover, follow-up, and record I manage.
Right now, I’m transitioning into Human Resources through a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and practical HR mentorship covering recruitment, interview scheduling, employee records, HR compliance, payroll fundamentals, performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting. I’m building my HR capability with hands-on practice and structured mentorship so I can contribute confidently from day one.
In my recent role at Odoo Kenya Ltd, I coordinated onboarding activities and documentation for clients across eight international markets, maintained confidential digital records in Odoo CRM, and ensured timely follow-up by resolving administrative queries. Previously, as a Corporate Sales Executive and Sales Executive, I managed corporate and policy documentation, prepared reports and tender/quotation documents, and handled compliant client onboarding and renewals professionally.
