In my current role as a Human Resource Officer at Ecosphere, I support recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain confidential employee records, and help implement HR policies. I also manage leave records, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance.

Previously, as a Human Resource Assistant (Industrial Attachment) at Meru County Cooperative Coffee Union, I supported recruitment, maintained employee files, assisted with onboarding, tracked attendance, and handled HR administration. I also bring climate sustainability awareness, which helps me support mission-driven organizations.
