I am an experienced Registered Nurse with a career spanning clinical care, leadership, coordination and people management. After qualifying in Italy in 2017, I moved to the UK in 2019 and joined the NHS in 2021. I progressed to a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse in Endoscopy in 2025, where I work in a highly specialised and fast-paced environment.
My current role has developed strong transferable skills in leadership, team coordination, workforce planning, problem-solving, prioritisation, communication, conflict management, staff development and operational decision-making. I coordinate staff and complex clinical pathways, support colleagues through development and performance processes, manage competing priorities and ensure that high standards of safety, quality and efficiency are maintained.
I also have previous experience working in care home settings in a supervisory role, which further strengthened my management, leadership and organisational experience.
Outside work, I am passionate about nature, hiking, outdoor activities and sport, and I am a black belt and martial arts coach. I also have a strong interest in technology, technical subjects and innovation. I enjoy learning how things work and I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to apply my existing skills while developing new ones.
I am open-minded, adaptable and motivated by new challenges and opportunities outside my traditional career path, particularly where I can combine people skills, organisation, leadership and an interest in technology.
