I'm currently delivering safe, effective care for patients with diverse acute medical conditions in Stockport NHS Foundation Trust's Acute Medical Unit. I assess and triage patients using NEWS2, administer medicines and IV therapies, perform venepuncture, cannulation, ECGs and ABG sampling, and coordinate safe discharge planning.

Across East Cheshire NHS Trust and Macclesfield Hospital, I've cared for young and older patients with acute and chronic illnesses including dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and palliative care needs. I've supported emergency responses, post-operative recovery, telemetry monitoring, wound care, catheterisation, PEG feeding, and clear communication with patients and families.

At Fresenius Medical Care, I supported patients with chronic kidney failure requiring dialysis through fistula and central venous access, maintaining aseptic technique, privacy, dignity, documentation, and care planning.

Earlier at Gafundu Level 5 Hospital, I provided individualized pre- and post-surgical bedside care, supported minor operations, administered medication, coordinated discharges, and worked closely with multidisciplinary teams. I'm a caring, compassionate and goal-oriented nurse who values holistic care, patient comfort, and effective liaison across professional teams.
