I'm leading a strategic initiative at Stratagem Consulting to reset a client's EPMO after its previous EPMO dissolved. I assess governance, resource planning, financials, reporting, and tools, then develop change strategies for redesigned portfolio processes and operating cadences.

Previously, I directed enterprise resource planning and business technology for the State of Minnesota, leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. I managed $26 million in ERP product budgets, built cross-agency governance, facilitated executive steering committees, and created customer experience, process improvement, and product operating models for ERP systems.

Across State of Minnesota EPMO and MNIT roles, I've managed portfolio intake, prioritization, roadmaps, budgets, risks, schedules, quality, vendors, and executive communications. My work has supported PeopleSoft ERP, Salesforce CRM, Planview, multifactor authentication, and custom .NET and Java applications.

Earlier, I led PMO and information systems operations at Catholic Charities and managed learning technology staff and implementations at the University of Minnesota. I'm a PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Change Management Practitioner.
