In my Administrative Assistant / Secretary role at a law office, I provide administrative and clerical support, manage appointments, and maintain organized client files. I handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally, and I prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence.

Before that, I worked as restaurant staff where I assisted customers, handled food orders, and helped maintain a clean and organized dining environment. These experiences strengthened my interpersonal skills, multitasking, and teamwork—so I can deliver efficient, high-quality support in a fast-paced call center.
