At Barclays Global Services Centre Pvt. Ltd., I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of Shared Appreciation Mortgage (SAM) redemptions, from repayment calculations and property valuation coordination to account closure. I also handled deceased borrower cases, including probate verification and liaison with solicitors, executors, and the onshore Barclays UK team.
At Teleperformance, I processed mortgage fund disbursements, cashback payments, and re-advances for Barclays UK. I maintained a zero-error record across four years of high-value payment processing and ran the Delayed Completions process alone for several months, handling 400 cashback cases and 15 re-advance cases per cycle without failures.
I’ve also produced MIS and SLA reports, supported offshore process migration, and prepared process documentation and training for new team members. After a planned personal break, I’m now actively seeking operations roles in BFSI and fintech environments.
