I have 8 years of experience in Analytics and Business Intelligence, with my most recent experience as an Analytics Manager, where I worked on analytics for TH and CK's global sourcing and supply chain. I was there since 2020 and was promoted twice, from Senior Analyst up to Analytics Manager — largely for building and owning end-to-end reporting frameworks that gave leadership visibility into quality, compliance, and delivery performance across the global supply chain, and for leading an offshore team through that work. Before that, I was a Business Analyst at Tredence Analytics, where I led analytics consulting engagements for CPG clients, building digital commerce and eCommerce analytics solutions. That's where a lot of my CPG background comes from. What ties both roles together is taking a business problem that isn't fully defined yet and turning it into something structured and actionable, usually while managing a team and multiple stakeholders at the same time.
