In my M.Sc. Cancer Biology research project, I investigated the anticancer potential of Couroupita guianensis against prostate cancer using network pharmacology and computational biology. I mapped bioactive compounds to protein targets and explored cancer mechanisms through PPI networks and GO/KEGG pathway enrichment.

I also conducted molecular docking and SwissADME-based screening to assess compound-target binding and drug-likeness. My work used STRING, GeneCards, IMPPAT, Protein Data Bank, and SuperPred.

At Molecular Connections, I curated and analyzed biomedical data on clinical trials and drug development pipelines. I extracted and validated scientific data, performed quality checks before database integration, and supported research and business intelligence teams. Earlier, as a Clinical Coordinator Intern at Trail Guna Clinical Research, I supported trial site activities, patient data management, and GCP-compliant documentation.
