I’m a Digital Marketing Coordinator who connects customer communication, operational rigor, and analytics to drive measurable results. In my current remote role at SubziCart, I managed customer email communication, resolved queries, and maintained structured records to ensure timely, accurate responses.

I track revenue, order volumes, and performance metrics using Google Analytics and BigCommerce, supporting consistent reporting and internal updates. I also coordinate scheduling, documentation upkeep, and ad-hoc tasks, while working with third-party teams and stakeholders—contributing to 21.44% revenue growth and a 7.77% increase in online orders.

Earlier, I built research and analysis fundamentals as a Business and Marketing Intern at Siflon Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, where I extracted and analyzed historical export data and conducted structured market research across four countries. I also led as a Team Leader with AIESEC, managing international communication and creating digital promotion content, then using targets and performance reporting to guide planning.
