What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead qualitative research and policy proposal work—grounded in gender studies and ethnography—while contributing to academic, policy, and development impact through rigorous analysis, mentorship, and cross-sector collaboration.

I’m a curious, enthusiastic PhD scholar with strong expertise in qualitative research methodologies, gender studies, ethnography, rural development, and interdisciplinary social science research. I bring experience in academic teaching, policy research, proposal development, and literature review, and I’m motivated by exploring inquiry areas that support policy and social transformation.

In my recent role as a Research Associate, I worked on a Government of India project and conducted comprehensive literature reviews and policy research. I also prepared proposal documents for think tanks and government bodies, coordinated international conferences and training programmes, and organized an international conference on State Capacity in India, along with national workshops on the Sevottam Model and grievance redressal. Alongside this, I’ve taught at TISS (Tuljapur Off Campus), preparing assessments and mentoring students through classroom discussions.
