What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-driven products where I can own discovery through launch, partner closely with engineering and data teams, and use experimentation and user behaviour to improve meaningful business and customer outcomes.

At Promilo, I own AI-native consumer and platform products from problem discovery through launch and iteration. I've shipped an AI Interview Platform and AI Counselling Agent, shaping prompt logic, interaction flows, and decision systems to improve user outcomes.

I work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams on model behaviour, API integrations, data dependencies, and scalable architecture. I translate business and user needs into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and measurable product outcomes.

I've led rapid MVP experimentation, user research, behavioural analysis, backlog prioritisation, and sprint planning to improve engagement, retention, conversion, and feature adoption.

I also built internal analytics, dashboard, lead-management, and lead-scoring systems that enable self-serve insights and faster decisions. My work includes a proprietary analytics ecosystem that improved insight-to-action speed by 40% and a lead-management system that reduced unqualified leads by 20%.
