I am an HR at Tata Consultancy Services, where I simplify and standardize the HR processes, from coordinating and scheduling interviews, to managing recruitment drives, to handling stakeholder management. I also oversee the employee life cycle, from hiring to firing, and administer employee benefits. I collaborate with the internal teams and the centralized documentation team to verify and validate the candidate profiles and documents, and to initiate and release the offers. I am responsible for ensuring timely closure of the hiring process, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization and the employees.
