What I'm looking for

I’m focused on directing delivery of AI-agent-powered platforms, from requirements through production.

I directed end-to-end delivery of Ganu AI, a production voice and WhatsApp assistant for a healthcare diagnostics business. It supports patient bookings, rescheduling, and live queries, with staged releases, automated regression checks, and controls for AI costs.

As an independent consultant, I built and maintained a Hospital Management System with clinical workflows, laboratory and radiology modules, and a RAG chatbot over healthcare knowledge. I also directed delivery of a Health Information Management System and an AI-agent-powered purchase-order and vendor-visibility platform for a global retail procurement and logistics organization.

Earlier, I directed technology and Agile delivery programs at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Syncron, Envestnet Yodlee, Trianz Holdings Pvt. Ltd, and XTGlobal. My work included Open Finance delivery, Agile transformations, and a greenfield web portal; I also created frameworks for Agile maturity and IT-landscape evaluation.
