At Tech Mahindra Ltd., I lead business analysis for internal tools, including vendor and subcontractor modules. I gather stakeholder requirements, write user stories and functional requirement documents, and work with the development team to explain requirements and review prototypes.
I also prepare test cases, support UAT, perform sanity testing after production changes, and create user manuals. At SynerG Technology Pvt. Ltd., I worked on Citi Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management project, using the Scrum framework and writing Jira user stories with acceptance criteria.
