What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my expertise in healthcare interoperability, HL7 integration, and Intersystems technologies to drive process improvements, mentor teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a dynamic organization.

At Allscripts / Altera, I maintain and optimize healthcare interfaces built with HL7 Ensemble and IRIS, supporting data exchange across client facilities. I troubleshoot HIE inbound and outbound interfaces and work to meet SLA requirements.

I introduced SOPs that reduced L2 support involvement and helped L1 support investigate issues proactively. This work reduced on-call assistance for HL7 interface issues by 90%.

I’ve delivered training on HL7, FHIR, and MPI concepts, including message types, mapping rules, and record handling. These sessions helped the team investigate issues and workflows more independently.

My projects also include Farmer Buddy, an Android app for plant disease detection using image processing and CNN techniques. I’m looking to apply my healthcare interoperability and Intersystems experience to improve processes, mentor teams, and contribute to impactful solutions.
