I'm driving Wabtec’s global reliability infrastructure strategy for OE and installed-base products, turning technical performance into a contractual advantage. I’m institutionalizing Design for Reliability and digital tools that align reliability engineering with customer KPIs.
Across Wabtec and GE Transportation, I directed technical integrity for an 800+ locomotive fleet, exceeding 95% availability and 150k MDBF targets. I also managed a US$12M annual technology reserve, protected contract margins through performance-guarantee recovery, and built scalable vendor and contract-manufacturing ecosystems.
Earlier, I led a 70-member Engineering and Operations team at GE Energy Connections and managed a US$50M portfolio, delivering more than 7.0% YoY margin improvement. My work spans RAMS, FMEA, Weibull analysis, NPI, supply-chain engineering, CAD/CAE, and reliability-driven digital transformation.
