As an experienced IT and analytics professional, I have built a successful career in the field over the past 3+ years. My expertise lies in collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data, testing campaigns, creating dashboards and reports, and monitoring digital media and marketing trends. I am committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and technologies, and I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow and expand my skill set.

Currently, I am working as a Digital Data Analyst at Acro Engineering Company, where I am responsible for analyzing key metrics and creating reports on campaign and website performance. I also monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends and communicate findings to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.

Prior to my current role, I worked as an Analyst at Ebix Cash (SBI CARD Project), where I managed client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business rules, System Policies, and Data Policies. I also managed data with tables and update sets, managed Users, Groups, and Roles, and configured new CIs.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Trainee Technical Support at Sankshit Pvt. Ltd., where I modified SQL queries, monitored priority incidents, and resolved errors in a given TAT. I also provided reports to managing teams and clients.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from OIST Bhopal (RGPV), where I achieved a CGPA of 7.26. I also completed my 10+2 education in Science (PCM) from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kishanganj.

In terms of skills, I have a strong foundation in Data Analysis, SQL, Web Analytics, Excel, MS Office, Power BI, Analytical Google Tag, statistics, WordPress, and Google Studio.

I am proud to have achieved several accomplishments in my career, including receiving the 3rd rank in the SRIJAN 2K18 (SNTSS) State level technical Event and completing several certifications and training programs, such as TEQIP-III (RGPV), 3 Days STTP on Arduino Programing With MATLAB/Simulink Interfacing, and SRIJAN2K18 (Festival of Technical Paper & Innovative Models).
