What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build on my recruitment experience with a growing focus on people analytics, talent intelligence, and workforce and talent planning.

At MenuCoster (MenuWise), I own HR analytics and talent management for the Hyderabad engineering organisation. I built a governed Talent Acquisition Operating Model, clarified decision authority, and designed a recruitment intelligence loop to make hiring repeatable and measurable.

I track recruitment funnel metrics in Excel and built a PowerBI dashboard showing pipeline health, hiring pace, and source-channel concentration. I also developed compensation intelligence reports from survey data and market research to inform salary bands for senior engineering roles.

Before MenuCoster, I worked in technical recruitment across SaaS, IT, consulting, and enterprise environments, including client accounts at Sumed Technologies, Exeevo Private Limited, and Judge Group India. I’m now building on that recruitment experience with a growing focus on people analytics, talent intelligence, and workforce and talent planning.
