I’m looking for a Talent Acquisition role where I can use recruitment analytics and Power BI dashboards to improve high-volume hiring, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously enhance candidate experience.

I’m a recruitment and HR analytics professional with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition across global technical and non-technical hiring. I partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruitment strategy with workforce planning needs, while improving sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.

In my recent roles, I’ve led hiring for Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, SRE, Machine Learning, and engineering leadership positions, managed high-volume requisitions, and built recruitment dashboards and hiring pipeline reports using Excel and Power BI.
