Designed a compliance-first data residency infrastructure and shipped self-serve dashboards with an AI querying agent, reaching 6 clients and contributing to a $1M fundraise.

Turned around an incident-ridden, loss-making product by stabilizing the engineering org, restructuring 15 engineers into 3 squads, and establishing proactive engineering practices.
