Led platform engineering to build horizontal services including an authentication overhaul that reduced core auth P99 from 23ms to <0.5ms (98% reduction) and a central location service covering 3,500+ cities and 15,000+ areas. Built experimentation and analytics integrations (6B events/month), fin-ops tooling and cost-scaling orchestrators that materially lowered cloud spend.

Designed and implemented cloud platform components and automation on Azure, including a DNS-TXT-based FQDN whitelist product that helped unlock customer deals worth over $60M. Re-architected deployment flows to a serverless automated system, cutting deployment time from multiple hours to under 15 minutes.
