I lead Oracle EBS and Oracle BI implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production rollout programs, coordinating delivery across technical and business teams.
In my current Technical Program Manager role, I manage Oracle EBS customizations, integrations with 3PL and vendor systems, data conversions, and migrations across Development, UAT, and Production. I translate business requirements into technical strategies, data models, reporting solutions, and integration designs.
My work spans Oracle EBS R12 and 11i, OBIEE, OACS/OBICS, BI Publisher, PL/SQL interfaces, Oracle APIs, SQL*Loader, and enterprise reporting. I have led dashboard and report delivery including Sales Analysis and Contract Profitability, alongside performance tuning and reporting strategy.
Previously, I managed Oracle-focused reporting, analytics, EBS, implementation, upgrade, and support workstreams across distributed teams. I also mentor team members, lead knowledge transfer, and drive governance, risk management, quality validation, and release discipline.
