In my Workday Absence Management AMS project, I configured Time Off Plans, accruals, validations, eligibility rules, and notifications. I also worked on Track Balance and No-Track Balance plans and created Leave of Absence Types.

I configured Absence Tables based on client requirements, created Absence Type Groups, and managed Time Off and Leave security segments. I worked with local HR and business teams to address absence-related issues across countries in scope.

For Workday Core HCM, I configured Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles, and positions, maintained worker data, and supported Hire, Transfer, and Termination business processes. I also performed EIB data uploads and created basic reports with Workday Report Writer.

Earlier, at HSBC, I managed banking transaction lifecycles and account reconciliations while handling customer queries and escalations. At Eduquity Technologies Pvt Ltd, I handled recruitment activities, HR database maintenance, and coordination of assessments.
