I’m a professional who is loyal and dedicated with a great deal of ambition. I enjoy learning and taking on new challenges, and I perform well as both an independent contributor and team member while delivering solutions for any problems encountered.

From 2015–2018 at IBC Bank, I built strong customer support skills through inbound calls, assisting with transferring money, educating members on traveling notes for cards to be used, and submitting fraud reports and replacing debit cards. At Medtronic Diabetes (2018–2024), I started in the pump supplies team placing orders for patients supplies, educating patients on insurance benefits and coverage, and processing supply orders for timely approval and shipments; later, as a diabetes processing specialist, I processed authorizations and claims for pump, supplies, and blood glucose monitors by working directly with patients’ healthcare providers and insurance via fax, email, and/or telephone, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors. Since 2024 at Surgery Professionals, I work as a credentialing assistant under four to five different doctors—handling paperwork and onboarding documents, tracking employment status and pending documentation, working daily on spreadsheets and sponsor forms, staying in touch with multiple facilities, and completing and submitting credential documents, applications, and facility-specific documentation. I’m Microsoft Word/Excel proficient, HIPPA trained for more than 5 years, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable in work from home settings.
