I'm looking to lead data-driven compliance, risk, and regulatory programs where I can improve controls, reduce errors, partner across teams, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

At Bally’s Corporation, I lead a cross-functional compliance program across multiple departments and jurisdictions, managing regulatory projects from design through delivery.

I create data collection and monitoring platforms, analyze compliance trends, and present strategic insights to senior leadership and board-level meetings. My work reduced compliance errors by 70% year over year while supporting accurate, timely regulatory reporting and strong external relationships.

I’ve also built PowerBI dashboards, standardized companywide compliance procedures, and partnered with Operations, Legal, and IT to align regulatory requirements with business objectives.
