I’m a strategic compliance executive with 10+ years of experience across gaming, fintech, financial services, payments, and crypto. I build and scale compliance programs across multi-jurisdictional environments, balancing rigorous risk mitigation with business growth objectives.

In my current role as Compliance Manager / Acting Compliance Officer, I lead compliance oversight for licensed sports wagering under the Tennessee regulatory framework. I direct regulatory response strategy for high-risk incidents, design enhanced compliance workflows across Compliance, Customer Support, Operations, and Finance, and serve as a primary regulatory liaison during periods of heightened scrutiny.

Across prior leadership roles, I’ve directed global AML, KYC, and OFAC compliance operations across U.S., Curaçao, Anjouan, and UK jurisdictions while improving screening efficiency and risk accuracy using tools such as SumSub, Elliptic, and Fingerprint. I’ve also designed enterprise risk management programs, managed SOC/ISO/HITRUST/PCI DSS audits with zero findings, and strengthened regulatory readiness through governance frameworks, incident response oversight, and audit/examination management.
