Soya Ishihara

I am a full-stack developer who turns ideas into production-ready web systems, owning requirements, architecture, build, deploy, and operations. I specialize in Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Firebase and AWS to deliver fast, reliable products.

I designed and built a campus marketplace web app used by real student buyers and sellers, leading full feature flows from data models to authentication, listings, and buyer–seller messaging. I established CI/CD with GitHub Actions and coding standards to improve team velocity and reliability.

I prototype AI-driven features quickly and have built hackathon prototypes focused on cognitive health support, including a Python-based system that converts text to rap-style lyrics and generated performed audio for music-driven stimulation experiments.

I bring a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, proven discipline from competitive powerlifting, and a user-centered approach to validation and iteration through testing with real users.
