What I'm looking for

I want to lead Agile teams delivering scalable PHP/Laravel web applications—owning requirement-to-deployment delivery, architecture and data design, code quality through reviews, and strong client communication while improving team productivity.

I’m a proactive Team Lead and Project Manager with 11+ years of experience building, implementing, and upgrading web solutions—10 years specifically focused on PHP and CodeIgniter projects. I’m hands-on with full software development lifecycle work, translating complex functional and technical requirements into detailed designs.

I lead end-to-end delivery with Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirement analysis, planning, development, testing, and deployment. In my current role, I set performance expectations, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and improve team productivity through efficient work processes and regular performance reviews.

Across projects like e-commerce and dealer portals, clinic management, diagnostics and laboratory systems, and insurance platforms, I’ve managed architecture, data import/export, database design, and production deployments. I also coordinate with clients and stakeholders, conduct code reviews for quality, manage risks and timelines, and help teams resolve conflict to maintain a collaborative environment.
