What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support role where I can grow in Windows setup, software installation, and troubleshooting, while improving customer service through hands-on help and remote/online support.

I’m motivated and interested in IT Support, with hands-on experience assisting people in computer and classroom setup scenarios. I’m knowledgeable in Windows systems, software installation, troubleshooting, and online support, and I learn quickly in remote environments.

Through roles like Student Volunteer Assistant at NUM, I helped troubleshoot simple software and technical issues while building strong fundamentals in computer hardware and software. I also supported daily operational tasks and teamwork, strengthening my communication and willingness to help others.

I’m pursuing real working experience to grow in the IT field. I bring practical technical support skills—installation, virus scan and security support, printer/peripheral setup, and assistance to users—and I’m excited to contribute to a team like QuickFix with reliable, customer-focused support.
