I’m seeking a dynamic, high-impact role in Human Resource Management where I can design and execute complex projects that enhance organizational performance, strengthen talent development, and build an efficient, high-quality, engaged workforce.

I’m a Human Resource Management MBA graduate focused on improving organizational performance through a culture of efficiency and quality. I aim to contribute meaningfully to talent development, strategic planning, and the fostering of a productive and engaged workforce, supported by my business background in HR-focused coursework.

Through my industrial trainee experience and youth training, I’ve built practical exposure to training-oriented, performance-driven environments. I also bring strong organization and people-support energy from leadership activities such as Cultural Secretary, Field Representor, President, Manager, and Advisor roles—complemented by digital tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SPSS.
