Defined product requirements and roadmap for a scalable, cloud-based BI solution for ~9,000 users in over 20 countries. Led technical architecture and implementation strategy for MicroStrategy cloud migration, including OAuth integration.
Conceived and implemented an improved demand management process, including definition of KPIs and reporting requirements. Developed Power BI reports and interactive dashboards to visualize demand patterns and support strategic decisions.
Successfully turned around a fixed-price project by leading a 30-person multi-shore team. Transformed the project from 'red' to 'green' within 6 months, reducing costs and restoring profitability.
Managed cross-functional teams in the 'Medx Clinical Development Cockpit' project. Developed an agile delivery framework to improve requirement flow and progress tracking.
Led the entire product lifecycle for DataMart and outbound areas, from requirements definition to delivery. Conceived and implemented a metadata-based outbound framework to ensure scalability and robust data product delivery.
