I manage a major multi-site enterprise staffing account, building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles from sourcing through onboarding while aligning hiring plans with client stakeholders.

I reconcile payroll and billing data across ADP, Magnit, and WAND, maintain audit-ready documentation, and use AI-assisted reporting to identify unbilled hours and timesheet mismatches before they become disputes. I also lead new-hire retention efforts, workplace incident coordination, account-review preparation, and early-stage business development through cold calling and lead generation.
