Soumya Shukla

I am an enthusiastic HR student currently pursuing my PGDM at Indus Business School, Pune. With a strong academic background, including a BBA in Digital Marketing from KK Modi University, I have developed a solid foundation in human resources, focusing on recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and workplace policies. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to support teams and foster a positive workplace environment.

During my internship at Varun Beverages Limited, I worked on employee engagement initiatives for the Diversity team, handling recruitment processes from sourcing to screening candidates. Additionally, I gained valuable experience as a Social Media Manager Intern, where I created engaging content for clients, enhancing their brand presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. My proactive approach and effective communication skills have allowed me to address client needs efficiently and contribute to successful campaigns.

I am also actively involved in extracurricular activities, serving as the Academic Cell Coordinator for the Entrepreneur Club at K.K. Modi University. My commitment to personal and professional growth is reflected in my participation in various certification courses, including Presentation Skills from Harvard and Digital Marketing Fundamentals from Google. I am eager to bring my passion for HR and my diverse skill set to a dynamic organization.
