At ICMPD, I lead Moodle Workplace administration and optimisation for an EU-funded international training institute, managing digital learning from analysis and design through deployment, learner support and evaluation.
I develop accredited and non-accredited courses, learning pathways and digital resources for southern Mediterranean partner countries. I also coordinate localisation in Arabic and Kurdish, accessibility, quality assurance, suppliers, budgets and learner analytics.
Previously at the European Union Agency for Asylum, I managed Moodle administration, enrolments and Jira-based learner support for international audiences, improved learning workflows and supervised the Learning Technology Team.
My experience also includes creating global compliance eLearning and leadership programmes at ING Bank, alongside blended learning and international English-language teaching. I translate complex technical and regulatory content into engaging, learner-centred learning for global audiences.
