Sora Rahimova

I’m a Computer Engineer with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, paired with practical DevOps engineering and infrastructure automation. I build end-to-end AI solutions for real-world applications, especially in medical imaging and computer vision, while bridging the gap between research and production-grade systems.

In my research work, I developed deep learning pipelines for brain tumor classification and segmentation, including CNN, ViT, ensemble models, U-Net, and Attention U-Net, with applied explainability using Grad-CAM and LIME. I also built AI modules for clinical decision support systems and contributed to an LLM-based phishing simulation platform with dynamic content generation and user behavior analysis.

On the engineering side, I automated log backups and hardened Linux hosts, deployed CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub, and set up monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Uptime Kuma. I’ve also configured database and infrastructure components (MariaDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, NFS/FTP) and gained networking experience designing enterprise/WAN topologies with VLAN, OSPF, and redundancy mechanisms—keeping security and reliable operations at the center of my approach.
