In my role as a Linux System Administrator at a Bioinformatics & Molecular Genetics Lab, I designed and maintained bioinformatics infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data workflows. I developed machine learning pipelines that classified cancer-related genomic patterns, showcasing my ability to apply deep learning techniques to real-world problems. My academic projects, including a VSCode extension for robotics developers and a Robotaxi project utilizing YOLO-based object detection, further highlight my commitment to advancing technology in practical applications.
