What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, property management, grant management, or community-focused role where I can strengthen operations, maintain accurate records, support compliance, and contribute to meaningful public or local community programs.

I'm currently managing administrative operations for a 7-unit residential apartment complex, including vacancies, background checks, rent payments, lease records, maintenance tracking, and resident communications.

Previously, at the City of Rancho Cordova's Community Enhancement & Investment Fund, I organized, reviewed, and tracked more than 300 grant applications during the transition to Submittable. I also reviewed financial documentation for compliance, maintained grant and City Council records, and supported public communications and stakeholder meetings.

I've also led Delta Gamma's Anchor Splash fundraiser, raising over $4,700 for the Delta Gamma Foundation and Sacramento Society for the Blind while coordinating a week-long campus event and an eyeglass donation booth.
