What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level remote role with flexible hours that fits alongside my academic schedule, where I can build professional skills and contribute reliable customer service support.

I'm currently building hands-on customer service experience across high-volume campus bars in Iowa City, including Union, Wrigleyville, and Fieldhouse Bar & Grill. I support bottle service and beer tub operations, keep workspaces clean and organized, and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.

At Deck Guard at Byrnes Pool, I provided front-desk and concessions service while assisting with facility maintenance and inventory management. I earned Employee of the Month for my reliability and strong work ethic.

At Laurel Boutique, I managed social media content and engagement, assisted shoppers at the front desk, and supported inventory organization and store maintenance.

I'm pursuing Psychology at Kirkwood Community College and looking for an entry-level remote opportunity with flexible hours that fits alongside my academic schedule. I want to continue building professional skills while bringing dependable customer service support to a team.
