At Brixmor Property Group, I review and abstract commercial lease documents, from new leases and renewals to assignments, terminations, and notices.
I maintain lease records and validate key dates, financial terms, and supporting documents. I also update lease-driven financial records, including NNN reconciliations, CPI increases, and holdover charges.
I generate and review recurring and catch-up billings, along with straight-line rent entries, in accordance with lease terms and internal requirements. I support monthly reporting and exception reviews for co-tenancy, unapplied cash, and failure-to-operate matters.
Previously, at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, I prepared litigation documents for attorney and client review and filed pleadings and motions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. I organized case materials in iManage and AIM, building on my experience with contract review and document control.
