I also administer rent payments, abatements, construction allowances, and landlord/payee changes. I track renewals, expirations, break options, and termination rights to support timely action on lease obligations.
At Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), I analyzed commercial leases, amendments, and subleases to interpret financial obligations and check that payments complied with contractual terms. I reviewed CAM reconciliations, tax escalations, and landlord invoices, identifying discrepancies and working to resolve billing issues.
