What I'm looking for

I'm seeking commercial real estate, lease administration, business operations, or project coordination opportunities in Chicago or remotely, where I can manage complex portfolios, transactions, stakeholders, and operational workstreams.

I've managed healthcare lease transactions at CBRE across a New York and New Jersey portfolio, coordinating renewals, amendments, acquisitions, dispositions, subleases, and early terminations. I prepared LOIs, RFPs, financial analyses, and executive portfolio updates while aligning brokers, landlords, legal, finance, facilities, and project teams.

Previously, I supported real estate operations for seven hospitals at Medxcel and directed a 350,000+ sq. ft. mixed-use commercial property with a $2.8M operating budget at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions. I bring 12+ years of experience in lease administration, budgeting, AP/AR, vendor oversight, facilities coordination, compliance, and project execution.
