At IIT Bombay, I’m studying inclusion characteristics in Al-killed Ti-alloyed steel, using thermodynamic modeling and experiments to investigate titanium recovery and inclusion control. My work applies CALPHAD and FactSage alongside microscopy and elemental analysis.

At IISc Bangalore, I designed and simulated multiphase metal-casting models for aluminium alloys using ANSYS Fluent, including stir-casting and foam-casting studies. I also fabricated carbon-fiber/polyimide composite laminates for aero-engine applications at CSIR-NAL and studied functional 2D nanomaterials for thermal interface materials at IIT Jammu.
